1. Introduction
The GDJY-100 Transformer Oil Test Equipment Insulating Oil BDV Tester Calibration Device can complete the detection of the breakdown voltage, boost rate and waveform distortion of the dielectric oil dielectric strength tester, and automatically report the test results.
The GDJY-100Insulating Oil BDV Tester Calibration Device uses the voltage at the instant of breakdown of the dielectric oil dielectric strength tester as the basis for detection, and calculates the error of the instrument, which is more intuitive, accurate and effective than the conventional steady-state calibration method.

4. Characteristics
The hardware and software features of the insulating oil Tester calibration device include:
1) Using the active breakdown method, constructing the breakdown condition at the specified point to detect the breakdown voltage reading error of the test article.
2) Display the output voltage waveform of the test object in real time, record the voltage waveform of the test product at the moment of breakdown. It is more convenient to analyze the cut-off time of the test article.
3) Two high-voltage signals of the dielectric oil tester can be simultaneously detected by two high-voltage signal sampling.
4) The device can automatically generate format specification WORD test report.
5) Test environment settings and instrument settings are automatically saved.
6) Test parameters of various tests can be automatically calculated.
7) Plot test curves in real time, and provide a variety of curve analysis tools, allowing users to arbitrarily zoom and position the curve.
