The host weighs only 22.4kg and measures 645x263x425mm, making it easy to move and conduct on-site inspections. The device is equipped with a fully functional upper computer data management software that supports USB data reading, storage, and professional test report generation, significantly reducing the workload of daily battery testing and maintenance.

Using customized nickel chromium alloy resistors as the load source, the resistance accuracy is controlled within ± 0.001 Ω, the low temperature coefficient is less affected by the environment, and it can withstand current shocks and quickly respond to large current changes, achieving stable discharge; Voltage measurement accuracy ± 0.2% FS+0.1V, current measurement accuracy ± 1% FS+0.1A, accurate capture of all parameters, and more referenceable detection results.

Rich functionality, adaptable to multiple scene requirements

Built in 6 sets of expandable test templates, supporting custom modification, to meet the fast calling needs of different detection scenarios; It has three discharge modes: constant current, constant power, and constant voltage, which can be flexibly selected according to detection needs; Support LORA wireless single cell monitoring module (optional), compatible with 2V/4V/6V/12V single cell batteries, single module can simultaneously monitor 6 power-saving cells, and wiring is simpler.


Security protection, multiple safeguards for peace of mind

Equipped with over temperature, over-current, and out of control current triggering shutdown protection, supporting reverse connection protection, power line/main cable power-off protection, automatic protection for resistance box at 85 ℃ and heat sink at 100 ℃ over temperature; Equipped with a high-voltage DC emergency stop switch, it can quickly shut down in case of abnormal situations; During the discharge process, if there is a power outage from the mains, the test will automatically resume from the breakpoint after power is restored to ensure continuous data without interruption.

  • Real time monitoring and display of battery pack total voltage, individual cell voltage, discharge current, discharge time, discharge capacity and other parameters during the discharge process, automatic generation of voltage/current change curves, real-time annotation of the highest/lowest individual cell voltage, supporting both bar chart and table display forms, quickly locating faulty batteries.


Multiple discharge modes and intelligent regulation

  • Supports three discharge modes: constant current, constant voltage, and constant power. The intelligent chip automatically adjusts the discharge current according to changes in battery voltage to ensure the effectiveness of constant current discharge; Built in hourly discharge coefficient, which can automatically calculate the required discharge current based on the nominal capacity and required discharge rate of the battery, without the need for manual conversion.


Flexible individual monitoring and internal resistance testing

  • Optional LORA wireless single unit monitoring module, with 6 energy-saving cores monitored by a single module. The host supports 1-10 frequency point reception to avoid interference from multiple devices; Support internal resistance testing of individual batteries (wireless module required), automatically calculating internal resistance through stepwise discharge, providing reference for battery health status assessment.


Online monitoring and multi machine parallel testing

  • Optional online monitoring function, real-time monitoring of battery pack voltage and current, recording current, capacity, time data and generating reports to quickly determine battery health status; Support master-slave mode multi machine parallel testing (optional), which can be achieved with communication cables to meet the detection needs of large capacity battery packs.
