This equipment is a specialized testing system for the dielectric loss factor (Tan Delta) and volume resistivity (ρ) of insulating oil, suitable for comprehensive evaluation of the electrical performance of transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, and other insulating liquids. The equipment relies on a fully digital signal processing architecture and automated control logic to achieve precise measurement and process management of key dielectric parameters of insulating oil.
1、 AC-DC-AC power conversion technology
The AC test power supply for the equipment adopts an AC-DC-AC conversion topology structure. This design can effectively isolate the impact of voltage amplitude fluctuations and frequency offsets of the input power supply on the measurement circuit. In the on-site testing environment powered by the generator set, the instrument can still maintain its rated measurement accuracy and stability, solving the technical limitations of traditional testing equipment's strong dependence on power quality.
2、 SF6 gas insulated standard capacitor
The built-in standard capacitor uses SF6 gas as the insulation medium and is a three pole inflatable structure. The capacitance value and dielectric loss factor of the instrument are not affected by changes in environmental temperature and humidity, ensuring high consistency of measurement standards during long-term service. This design fundamentally avoids the measurement drift problem introduced by environmental factors.
3、 High frequency induction heating and PID precision temperature control
The heating system adopts high-frequency induction heating technology, and there is non-contact heat transfer between the oil cup and the heating element. This mode has the advantages of good heating uniformity, high heating rate, and fast control response. The heating time from room temperature to 100 ℃ is less than 20 minutes. After approaching the preset temperature, the system automatically switches to low-power PWM modulation mode, and the PID control algorithm calculates the optimal duty cycle in real time. The temperature control error is 0.1 ℃ and the temperature measurement error is ± 0.5 ℃.
4、 DSP full digital signal processing
The measurement circuit synchronously performs AD sampling on the two signals of the standard capacitor and the tested oil cup, and the digital signal is transmitted to a dedicated DSP processor. DSP performs digital filtering and fast Fourier transform (FFT) operations to extract core parameters such as dielectric loss, capacitance, and relative dielectric constant, which are then handed over to the main control CPU for display and storage. This architecture has excellent anti-interference ability and measurement resolution in complex electromagnetic environments.
The device is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen display, providing full Chinese graphical operation guidance. Each experimental step is accompanied by clear text prompts, and the standardization of the operation process is high. Testers can independently complete the test through simple reading, effectively reducing data bias caused by different operating methods and lowering personnel training costs.
Main technical parameters
The box cover is equipped with an opening interlock protection function. When the cover plate is opened, both the high-voltage output circuit and the heating output circuit are automatically cut off.
The front panel status indicator area is equipped with a red high-voltage indicator light and a green heating indicator light, making the device's operating status clear at a glance.
The equipment must be reliably grounded, and the power input terminal must be connected to an AC220V power supply that meets the requirements.
