In the power system, transformer oil is not only an insulating medium, but also the "blood" of transformers. Most oil filters on the market can achieve "impurity removal", but in conditions of high humidity, high cold, or severe power load fluctuations, the water and gas content in the oil are often the direct culprits causing high-voltage breakdown.


ZJA is not a simple filtration pump, but a mobile oil regeneration system. It breaks the limitations of a single vacuum degree by using a "two-stage vacuum" - the Roots pump works in conjunction with the vacuum pump to lower the vacuum degree to below 80Pa. This means that it can directly vaporize and extract bound water from oil at room temperature or low temperature, without the need for excessive heating to cause oil cracking like traditional equipment.

Simply put, it does not address "visible impurities", but rather "hidden killers that can cause partial discharge".




Why do we need 1 micron precision filtration?  

——From the perspective of microscopic mechanism



Many people mistakenly believe that the denser the filter element, the better, but this is not the case. The mechanical particles in transformer oil are usually fibers, metal shavings, and carbon particles. Once the particle size exceeds 1 μ m, they will suspend between the plates like "small capacitors" and distort the electric field strength.

Physical basis: According to the theory of dielectric strength, the presence of particulate matter can reduce the electrical strength of oil by 30% -50%. The precision filter equipped in ZJA has an accuracy of up to 1 μ m and adopts a progressive density structure.


Process interpretation: coarse filter - intercepts large particles ->heater - reduces oil viscosity to facilitate small particle detachment ->vacuum separation - peels off moisture and gas ->precision filtration - captures 1 μ m hard particles. This layered interception strategy ensures that the filter element will not instantly clog, and the average time between failures is not less than 5000 hours.

Applicable scenarios:


New oil acceptance and pre-treatment before oil injection:

New transformer oil often gets damp or mixed with impurities during transportation, and the risk of direct oil injection is extremely high. This device can undergo "purification pretreatment" before injection.

Transformer overhaul insulation restoration:

For transformers that have been in operation for 3-5 years, preventive filtration should be carried out when the water content in the oil exceeds 50ppm to extend the insulation life.

Vacuum pumping:

This model has a unique function of "pumping out non corrosive gases", which can be used to process residual gases in sealed containers with a volume of ≤ 50m ⊃3;.

Hot oil circulation drying:

Spray oil drying on damp transformer cores, using hot oil to carry heat and evaporate moisture in insulation components.
