Introduction
vacuum Oil Purifier integrates large flow, high precision, and dual-stage degassing/dehydration, efficiently improving transformer oil quality. 1μm precision filtration and ≤10ppm water content ensure oil meets industrial standards, extending transformer service life. Intuitive operation and safety protection make it ideal for power system maintenance, substations.
Working Principle
Oil Inlet & Coarse Filtration: Contaminated oil enters via inlet valve, coarse filter intercepts large particles (≥50μm) to protect subsequent components.
Heating & Atomization: Oil is heated to 30~70℃ (adjustable), then atomized into fine droplets by dual-stage atomizers for full contact with vacuum.
Dual-Stage Separation: Degassed and dehydrated in double separation towers under high vacuum (≤80Pa), moisture and gas are pumped out by vacuum pump + Roots pump.
Precision Filtration & Outlet: Oil passes through 1μm precision filter, then is delivered back to the equipment by the outlet pump, with pressure protection to prevent overpressure.

Operation
Intuitive Control Panel: Equipped with temperature controller, vacuum gauge, and status indicators, real-time monitoring of flow, temperature, and vacuum.
Automatic Liquid Level Control: Solenoid valve + liquid level switch automatically balances the liquid level in the vacuum separation chamber, avoiding dry running.
One-Click Emergency Stop: emergency stop button, instantly shuts down the equipment in case of faults.
