100A - 600A Three-phase Intelligent Loop Resistance Tester for Switch control/contact resistance test
Product Description
100A - 600A Three-phase Intelligent Loop Resistance Tester for Switch control/contact resistance test
The phase intelligent circuit resistance tester is a professional testing equipment built with a high-power switching power supply and a 32-bit ARM core. It strictly follows the GB736 standard and adopts the four wire measurement principle. It is designed specifically for testing the contact resistance of conductive circuits such as high and low voltage switches, cables, welds, and busbars.
The equipment supports single-phase/two-phase/three-phase synchronous testing, integrating high-precision measurement, data management, and remote control. It is an essential instrument for power maintenance, equipment manufacturing, and engineering acceptance.
-
Color touchscreen: 7-inch HD color display with 800×480 resolution, featuring human-machine interaction and high-speed thermal printer.
-
Multi-current output: Utilizes the latest power supply technology to deliver high current output continuously for extended periods with multiple current levels. You can set 1-3 different current levels for testing and automatically calculate the average value.
-
Display multiple data: show resistance, voltage, current, resistivity, and resistance values at the converted standard temperature.
-
Automatic overload alarm: Set the resistance upper limit. If the resistance value is within the limit, exceeds the limit, or is invalid, the system automatically generates a test status.
-
Supports extended testing: Set measurement duration from 0 to 9999 seconds for prolonged operation.Features built-in cold air cooling and automatic thermal protection for switching power supplies.
-
High-precision measurement: Utilizes precision instrumentation operational amplifiers and high-precision quadrature-integral A/D converters.
The current source supplies current to the measured resistor Rx through terminals I+ and I- (also known as I-type ports), with the current magnitude read by ammeter I. The voltage drop across Rx is measured at terminals V+ and V- (also known as V-type ports) and recorded by voltmeter V.
By measuring I and V, the resistance value of the measured resistor can be calculated.
