3-Phase Anti-interference Transformer Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer with Harmonic Analysis
Product Description
3-Phase Anti-interference Transformer Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer with Harmonic Analysis
After transformers are subjected to short-circuit impacts, transportation relocation, and long-term aging, hidden dangers such as winding displacement, core loosening, and tap changer malfunctions are extremely difficult to detect. Traditional on-site testing often requires multiple instruments: sweep frequency winding deformation testers, no-load load testers, and generator rotor impedance testers operate separately. This involves a large amount of equipment handling, repeated wiring changes, long testing cycles, and inconsistent data formats from different devices, resulting in significant manpower costs for report compilation.
GDRZ-903 Transformer Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer supports both three-phase and single-phase testing modes. In case of abnormal three-phase data, it can switch to single-phase mode to accurately locate the faulty phase. It features built-in automatic temperature and frequency correction algorithms, eliminating the need for manual formula conversion.
It boasts a color touchscreen human-machine interface, built-in high-speed thermal printing, and USB connection to host computer software, allowing test data to be directly exported to Word and Excel format test reports.
Its lightweight enclosure design makes it suitable for various scenarios, including transformer factory laboratories, substation overhaul sites, EPC overseas projects, and third-party testing agencies, reducing the burden of carrying multiple devices on-site.
Product features
1.Six-in-one integrated test platform
This system integrates sweep frequency winding deformation (SFRA), short-circuit impedance, no-load load loss, zero-sequence impedance, generator rotor AC impedance, and harmonic testing into a single main unit.
2.Dual-mode test logic
It simultaneously supports three-phase overall testing and single-phase individual testing. The three-phase mode quickly screens the entire device; when three-phase imbalance exceeds tolerance, switching to single-phase mode allows for phase-by-phase testing, directly pinpointing the faulty winding. This overcomes the limitation of ordinary instruments that can only measure all three phases and cannot distinguish which phase is abnormal. It supports multiple winding connection group settings (Yn/Y/Δ/Z) and is compatible with two-winding and three-winding transformers.
3.Built-in intelligent correction algorithm
After testing, temperature and frequency correction can be performed directly on the main unit interface. Inputting the measured winding temperature and reference standard temperature, and distinguishing between copper and aluminum winding materials, the instrument automatically calculates impedance and loss parameters, eliminating the need for manual table lookups by the testing personnel. Voltage distortion is automatically monitored, meeting the requirements for validating no-load test waveforms.
4.Accommodates both national and international standards
Built-in multiple segmented scanning schemes, covering DL/T911-2016 linear interval scanning and IEC60076-18 segmented scanning, with a maximum frequency of 10MHz; synchronous acquisition of amplitude and phase; repeatability of in-phase repeatable testing up to 99.5%, ensuring the reliability of winding deformation comparison curves.
5.Universal for transformers of all sizes
This machine directly measures AC 0-600V, 0-120A; for ranges exceeding this, external PTs and CTs can be connected. Large-capacity transformer testing can be completed simply by directly inputting the turns ratio parameters, without hardware modification. One machine can cover both large and small capacity samples.
6.Complete closed-loop data management
The machine's non-volatile memory stores multiple sets of test records; on-site thermal printing of paper reports; USB direct connection to a computer, with host computer software enabling online control of testing; raw data can be directly exported to editable Word/Excel reports; each record includes a timestamp, ensuring traceability of test data; freely switchable between Chinese and English interfaces.
7.Industrial-grade portable hardware
The lightweight enclosure weighs only 12kg, making it easy to move; the full-color touchscreen and operation menu are designed to suit the habits of power testing personnel; and the comprehensive wiring diagrams are embedded in the instruction manual, allowing for on-site reference to complete various wiring procedures, including single-phase, three-phase, and transformer external connections.
