Many on-site engineers have encountered the embarrassment of using a regular resistance tester to measure on load tap changers, resulting in many waveform spikes and inaccurate timing, especially for transformers with delta connections, where the problem of three-phase asynchrony cannot be seen at all.
What's even more troublesome is that after the test, you have to manually calculate the data and draw the waveform, tinkering with one gear for half an hour. If encountering a switch that has not been activated for a long time and poor contact caused by the oxide layer, ordinary instruments will directly report it as equipment failure, wasting maintenance time.

This on load tap changer analyzer is specifically designed for transient waveform analysis of on load tap changers. It comes with a 30kHz sampling rate and a time resolution of 0.1ms, which can clearly capture every transition process - R1 connection, dual resistor parallel connection, R2 holding, and then to the end of the transition.
Three phase waveform displayed on the same screen, Y0、Y、 Three types of connection methods are automatically calculated, and the synchronization deviation can be seen at a glance. And the instrument will intelligently mark abnormal waveform locations such as breakpoints and spikes, so you no longer have to stare at the curve to guess where the problem lies.
