Operation for GDBC-901 Transformer Turns Ratio TTR Tester

GDBC-901 Transformer Turns Ratio Tester is used to measure turns ratio,vector group and so on of transformer, it can also measure turns ratio and polarity of CT PT. The test standards are IEC76-1 and IEC60044.

10kV/400V DYN11 Power Transformer There are five terminals in primary:

1)10500V ( Range in the test result shall be “ – 1 “ )

2)10000V ( Prime terminal Range in the test result shall be “ 0 “ )

3) 9500V ( Range in the test result shall be “ 1 “ ) Radio Step = ( 10500 – 10000 ) / 10000 = 5%

Use terminals 2 ( 10000V ), connect the test cable as follows:

Test Setting:

Press down the input switch when the cursor is located in start button. The test would be started and you can hear a relay operate noise from the internal of the tester. The screen of the tester would show “Please waiting….”. The test would be ended in 30 seconds.
