1.The transformer construction area shall be fenced and hung with warning signs.

2. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the transformer construction area, and sodium carbonate dry powder fire extinguishers are equipped on site.

3.Before oil filtering, all equipment and components must be checked for reliable grounding.

4.Detailed technical disclosure and safety disclosure shall be made before construction. Construction personnel shall be familiar with equipment operation and construction procedures.

5. When connecting the oil pipeline, it shall be bound firmly without oil leakage and oil leakage.

6. During transformer oil filtration, the personnel on duty shall patrol and check the equipment status and oil system status, and make records.

7.When receiving incoming oil, calculate the total quantity of incoming oil, distribute flushing oil and installation oil, try to avoid wasting oil and ensure that the transformer is filled in place at one time.

8. Oil inspection is an important link. At present, there is no better on-site inspection means, so we can only rely on the visual inspection and smell of on-site personnel. This work should be undertaken by experienced construction personnel.

9.In the process of transformer oil filtration, the door of oil storage tank shall be sealed with plastic cloth. The bottom of the installed moisture absorber shall be filled with enough oil according to the scale line.

10. The minimum oil temperature at the outlet of the oil filter shall be 50 ℃, and the maximum oil temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃.

11.Pay attention to the oil quality of the vacuum pump of the oil filter and replace the vacuum pump oil in time.

12.Pay attention to the oil level of the oil accumulation window of the oil filter, and shut down the machine in time to drain the oil.

13.Pay attention to the pressure gauge at the outlet of the filter screen of the oil filter and replace the filter screen in time.

14. When the oil pipe is not in use, it shall be sealed tightly with plastic cloth immediately to prevent moisture and impurities from entering the pipe.

15. After filtering the oil in the oil storage tank, the outlets of the oil tank shall be sealed tightly with plastic cloth in time.

16.Before the oil filter heater is put into operation, it must be confirmed that the oil level of the oil filter is normal. Turn off the heater before stopping the oil filter. Prevent the heater from burning empty and damaging the equipment.
