4. Core Technologies and Functions of Double Stage Vacuum Oil Purifier:
Efficient vacuum dehydration and degassing: Under vacuum and moderate heating conditions, the principle of pressure difference is used to deeply remove trace amounts of water and various gases (including air and fault characteristic gases) dissolved in oil.
Precision multi-stage filtration: using progressive filter elements (primary filter and fine filter), effectively intercepting mechanical impurities, fibers, carbon particles, and sludge of different particle sizes.
Coalescence separation (for free water): For oils with high water content, coalescence technology is used to aggregate small water droplets into large ones, and then free water is effectively removed through gravity or separation technology.
Intelligent control system (optional): equipped with PLC or microcomputer control, real-time monitoring of key parameters (vacuum degree, temperature, pressure, water content, gas content, etc.), achieving automation, safe and reliable operation.
Adsorption purification (optional): Integrated with adsorbents such as silica gel, molecular sieve, or activated alumina filter bed/cartridge, selectively removing acidic substances, polar compounds, and deep residual moisture.
