IEC156 Automatic 80kV Transformer Oil Breakdown Voltage BDV Tester
Introduction
GDYJ-502A Transformer Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester is developed as per IEC60156, IS6792, BS5874, ASTM D1816 and ASTM D877.
It’s used to measure breakdown voltage(BDV) and dielectric strength of transformer oil(insulating oil).
The output voltage is 0-80kV (0-100kV as optional)
With 8 Kinds of test mode as optional: IEC60156, IS6792, BS5874, ASTM D1816 , ASTM D877, Proof test, 5 minutes standard test, Manual test;
The oil test vessel with temperature measurement unit, so it can detect oil temperature.
7-inch touch screen, all the selection can be done by touch panel
It also with Micro-printer and can store 100 groups data, test data can also be upload to PC and output word report automatically;
It is multi-functional, stable,good repeatability and easy for operation.
How It Works
Install the Oil Cup ,High Voltage Column and Electrodes
Power on GDYJ-502A
Choose Test Standard
Click the “Test”( You can also set up the parameters)
Click”RUN”
Then, the oil is under testing
After finish the test,you can click “Print” to print the test results or Connect with PC to download the test results.
