The internal resistance measurement covers 0.000m Ω~3.100 Ω, the voltage measurement reaches 0.000V~± 122.0V, and the temperature measurement is accurate to -10.0 ℃~60.0 ℃, meeting the testing needs of different 

types and specifications of batteries. 

At the same time, the instrument supports Bluetooth wireless connection, USB computer communication, massive data storage, and intuitive analysis of bar charts. It integrates measurement, judgment, storage, and transmission, and is suitable for efficient detection needs in multiple scenarios such as industrial sites, laboratories, and battery production.

Function Details

Full-Dimensional Parameter Measurement

Accurately measure battery internal resistance (0.000mΩ~3.100Ω), voltage (0.000V~±122.0V) and temperature (-10.0℃~60.0℃), and can also reference measure electrolytic capacitor ESR parameters. The measurement current is automatically switched with the range (2mA~200mA), meeting the detection needs of different specifications of batteries.

Intelligent Result Judgment

Support custom three-level judgment thresholds of PASS/WARNING/FAIL. After the measurement is completed, the instrument automatically compares the thresholds and displays the judgment results, and the buzzer gives a prompt synchronously, quickly screening qualified/unqualified batteries and improving the efficiency of batch detection.

Massive Data Storage

Equipped with 10 memories from A to J with a total storage capacity of 5000 pieces of data, supporting manual/auto hold and storage. The stored data includes internal resistance, voltage, temperature and test time, and historical records can be viewed at any time, providing data support for battery health trend analysis.


Multi-Mode Data Transmission

  • USB Computer Communication: Connect to the computer via USB cable, upload real-time measurement values and historical data, support saving and printing, and the supporting upper computer software is compatible with Excel for easy data sorting and report making;

  • Bluetooth Wireless Connection: Turn on Bluetooth to connect to Android 5.0+ mobile phones/tablets, realize wireless measurement and remote data review through the exclusive APP, get rid of the limitation of on-site wiring and adapt to mobile detection needs.

  • Zero Calibration: Support test line zero calibration, adapt to the measurement of non-standard test lines and extension lines, and eliminate line resistance interference;

  • Automatic Frequency Conversion Anti-Interference: Automatically identify the interference frequency and switch to the interference-free frequency in the range of 920Hz~1080Hz to ensure the measurement accuracy in complex environments;

  • Time Synchronization: The instrument time can be set manually, or one-click synchronized with the computer/mobile phone through the supporting software to ensure the time accuracy of the test data;

  • Energy-Saving Settings: The screen brightness can be adjusted, the auto shutdown function can be turned on/off, and the battery life can be optimized according to on-site needs.
