Premium Transformer Turn Ratio Tester Transformer Testing Instruments
Product Description
Premium Transformer Turn Ratio Tester Transformer Testing Instruments
Product Overview
The ratio tester is a specialized instrument for testing three-phase power transformers and single-phase power transformers. The instrument calculates the voltage ratio, phase angle difference, and group of a three-phase transformer by comparing the primary voltage to the secondary voltage. And it can automatically identify the primary injection voltage corresponding to the secondary induced voltage, and calculate the turns ratio of each phase of the three-phase transformer based on this.
The ratio tester supports both the three-phase voltage ratio required by IEC standards and the turns ratio corresponding to each phase of the three-phase transformer required by IEEE standards. Compared to ordinary variable ratio testers, the instrument is not affected by input power supply voltage noise, has better test repeatability, and higher accuracy.

Standardized Accessories and Safety Protection
The standard configuration includes a red connection cable on the HV side, a black connection cable on the LV side, a grounding cable, a power cable, and all necessary accessories, ready for immediate testing upon unpacking. The primary and secondary side interfaces are clearly color-coded, accompanied by detailed wiring diagrams to minimize connection errors.
The equipment features overcurrent protection, with the test voltage gradually increased to prevent instantaneous high-voltage surges, ensuring the safety of both the equipment and operators.
