Common Faults and Troubleshooting for Transformer Oil Breakdown Voltage (BDV)Tester


1. Open without reaction

Check if the power cord is inserted well or not

Check if the fuse is intact or not

2. No boost

Check if the oil cup lid is covered or not

3. The boost is normal, do not hit

Check whether settings limit the boost speed;

4. No display after breakdown

Check wheter the oil cup has a dirt;

5. Printing cannot be shipped

Check if the printer has paper;

6. Replace the paper:

The print paper  has been placed in the factory. If the printing paper had used out, need  replace new paper by self



Note:Brief Introduction to the printing paper replacement process is as follows

(1) Press the circular button on the front cover of the printer;

(2) Put the print paper and pull out a piece of (more than a little tear teeth), pay attention to put the paper, pay attention to the direction of the paper (the paper is facing the printhead outside the paper);

(3) Close the paper cabin cover, the print head is pulled by the paper, and then the print head is pressed back to the printhead after printing the paper.
