Efficient SF6 Gas Handling Machine for SF6 Gas Recovery and Purification
Introduction of SF6 Gas Handling machine:
Its core function is to safely, efficiently, and environmentally recover, purify, and store SF6 gas in equipment, and to fill the equipment with new or purified SF6 gas when needed, while ensuring the vacuum level throughout the entire process.
Key Features of SF6 Gas Handling machine:
1) Recycling: Extracting SF6 gas from electrical equipment (such as maintenance and retired equipment).
2) Purification/Regeneration: Treat the recovered SF6 gas to remove moisture, air, decomposition products (such as SO2, HF, SOF2, etc.), and particulate impurities, so that the gas meets the purity requirements of relevant standards.
3) Storage: Safely store the recovered and purified liquid SF6 in dedicated storage tanks and pressure vessels equipped with the device.
4) Filling: By precisely controlling the inflation pressure and rate, the stored purified gas or new SF6 gas is filled into the electrical equipment.
5) Vacuuming: Deep vacuuming of the piping system inside electrical equipment or devices before or after equipment inflation or recovery.
