This three-phase transformer ratio & group calibration device is a professional standard equipment in the power detection field, with 0.01 class accuracy, supporting 1.00000-10000 wide ratio range and seven connection groups, strong anti-interference and flexible dual-mode switching, providing reliable guarantee for equipment calibration.

1.General technical specifications for the entire machine

① Voltage ratio measurement accuracy class: 0.01 class

② Input voltage range: 0V to 240V

③ Output voltage ratio range: 1.00000~10000

④ Output group ratio range: 10,100,1000,

The output ratio for Y/Y and D/D modes is 10,100, and 1000 as specified above.

But if it's another connection method, it's related to √3.

In the Y/D connection, the original ratio is multiplied by √ 3, resulting in values of 17.732,173.2, and 1732.

In the D/Y connection method, the original ratio is reduced by √3,

resulting in values of 5.7735,57.735, and 577.35.


The Y/z connection method is based on the original ratio of 5.7735,57.735, and 577.35.

The D/z ratio is 3.3333,33.333,333.33, which is 1/3 of the original ratio.

Flexible Switching Between Two Working Modes


  1. Calibration mode: Act as a standard device to calibrate external ratio & group testers, switch to "calibration" gear to output stable standard signals;

  2. Self-test mode: Switch to "self-test" gear, the device acts as an independent inductive voltage divider to realize self-precision verification, ensuring long-term use reliability;

  3. Mode switching requires no complex wiring, only operated by the rear panel switch, adapting to both laboratory and on-site calibration scenarios.
