After nearly three months of hard work, ZJA-6KY Double Stages Transformer Oil Purifier and ZJ-300 Transformer Vacuum Pumping Unit have finally completed delivery.
According to customer requirements, ZJA-6KY Transformer Oil Purifier is additionally equipped with PPM online sensor and closed door.
ZJA-6KY Transformer oil purifier is mainly used to filter moisture and impurities in transformer oil to improve the breakdown voltage of transformer oil.
The ZJ-300 Vacuum Pumping Unit is mainly used in the following two core scenarios:
Vacuum drying: Remove moisture from the insulation material inside the transformer. In a vacuum environment, the boiling point of water decreases, making it easier to evaporate and be extracted, thereby significantly improving the insulation performance of transformers.
Vacuum oil injection: After the transformer body is dried, insulation oil needs to be injected in a vacuum environment. This can completely remove gas and residual moisture from the oil, prevent bubbles from causing insulation breakdown, and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
