GDGS
1% Accuracy Dissipation Factor Tester Transformer Ipf Insulation Power Factor Tester
Why are many devices on the market unable to measure accurately?
Problem 1: Excessive on-site interference
In a substation, the electric field interference generated by surrounding equipment will be directly superimposed on the measurement signal. Ordinary dielectric loss meters do not have effective anti-interference measures, and the data cannot be used.
Problem 2: CVT testing is too complicated
When testing CVTs on many devices, it is necessary to remove the high-voltage leads, which is a large workload and carries high risks.
Problem 3: Only one mode can be tested
Positive connection method, reverse connection method, self-excited connection method, external high voltage... Different test samples require different connection methods. If a device cannot switch flexibly, it will be very passive.
What problem are we solving?
GDGS is a frequency conversion anti-interference tester specialized in measuring dielectric loss (tg δ) and capacitance. It is not a voltage tester, but a tool used to evaluate the degree of insulation aging.
This device can:
1.Is there no power outage online? No, it is used for power outage maintenance scenarios, but it can accurately measure under strong electric field interference
2.When measuring CVT, there is no need to remove the high-voltage lead wire
3.Connect once and measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of C1 and C2 simultaneously
4.Measure LCR parameters of transformers such as inductance, capacitance, and resistance
Anti interference technology
Built in variable frequency power supply and digital notch filter, supporting:
50Hz, 60Hz single frequency
47.5Hz/52.5Hz, 45Hz/55Hz, 55Hz/65Hz, 57.5Hz/62.5Hz and other frequency conversion combinations
Effect: Even with strong on-site interference, stable measurement can still be achieved.
CVT testing
Measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of C1 and C2 directly without dismantling the high-voltage leads
Supports simultaneous testing of C1 and C2, with two sets of results obtained through a single wiring connection
Measurable CVT ratio and voltage angle difference
Positive connection, reverse connection, self excitation, external standard, fully supported
GST (Direct Method)/UST (Reverse Method)
CVT testing separately/simultaneously/ratio testing
GSTg (dielectric loss test between transformer windings)
LCR testing (inductance, capacitance, resistance)
Data can be exported
Can store 200 sets of test data
Support USB drive export
Equipped with a thermal printer, the results can be printed directly on site
