Transformer Oil Parameters after Purified:
1) Breakdown Voltage: ≥70kV
2) Water content: ≤10 ppm
3) Gas content: ≤0.3%
4) Filter accuracy: 3μm
Characteristics:
1) Efficient deep degassing
By adopting advanced technologies such as vacuum jet and thin film degassing, the moisture content in insulating oil can be reduced to extremely low levels (usually up to ≤ 10 ppm) in a short period of time, and a large amount of dissolved gases can be removed, significantly improving the insulation strength of the oil.
2) Intelligent automation control (optional)
Equipped with PLC or microcomputer intelligent control system, it can achieve one click start stop, real-time display of operating parameters (vacuum degree, temperature, flow rate, pressure, etc.) and automatic adjustment. Equipped with fault self diagnosis, alarm and interlock protection functions, easy to operate, reliable in operation, and reduces manual intervention.
3) Full Vacuum System Design
Integrated high-efficiency vacuum pump, atomizer, and precision filtration system operate in a high vacuum environment throughout the entire process, ensuring maximum degassing efficiency while preventing external air and impurities from entering in the opposite direction, ensuring safe and environmentally friendly processing.
4) Compact, reliable, and easy to maintain
Adopting modular design and high-quality corrosion-resistant materials, the structure is compact and easy to move (usually equipped with four wheels. Mobile trailer type is optional), suitable for different on-site environments such as power stations and factories. Key components are easy to repair and replace, with low maintenance costs.
