The equipment integrates a double filtration structure of coarse filter + precision filter. The coarse filter intercepts large particles of impurities, and the precision filter realizes 1μm-level fine filtration, comprehensively removing mechanical impurities in the oil.
With the two-stage vacuum dehydration and degassing system, free water, dissolved water and various gases in the transformer oil can be removed at one time without phased treatment, realizing one-stop purification of water, gas and impurities, and improving the efficiency of on-site oil treatment.

The equipment has four alarm protections including overpressure, oil injection, overload and heater fault. When the oil outlet pressure is over the standard, the liquid level is too high, the motor is overloaded or the heater is faulty, the equipment will immediately alarm and stop, avoiding equipment damage and on-site operation risks from the source.
At the same time, it is equipped with phase sequence detection and emergency stop button. The phase sequence error is displayed in real time, and the machine can be stopped with one key in an emergency, providing double protection for the safety of on-site operators and equipment.
