Advantages for Laboratory Applications
1)High Precision & Stability: Equipped with high-precision digital voltage and current meters, the generator ensures measurement accuracy of ±1% + 1 digit. Its advanced voltage stabilization technology guarantees that the voltage stability is ≤1% even when the power supply voltage fluctuates by ±10%, providing reliable data support for laboratory precision experiments.
2)Portable & Space-Saving: Adopting a modular design of control box and voltage doubler box, the generator features a compact structure and reasonable layout. With a lightweight and portable design, it is easy to move and place in the laboratory, saving valuable experimental space.
3)Comprehensive Protection Functions: The generator is equipped with zero-position protection, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection. The zero-position indicator light ensures that the instrument can only be started when the potentiometer is at zero, preventing misoperation. The protection indicator light flashes promptly in case of overvoltage, overcurrent, or incorrect wiring, effectively protecting the instrument and test samples from damage.
4)Easy Operation: The control panel is designed with clear and intuitive indicators and buttons. The digital display allows for real-time monitoring of output voltage and current. The output voltage can be easily adjusted via the potentiometer, enabling researchers to quickly set up test parameters and improve experimental efficiency.
5)Wide Compatibility: With multiple models covering output voltages from 60KV to 400KV and output currents from 2mA to 5mA, the series can meet the diverse high-voltage test requirements of different laboratory research projects, such as insulation testing of power equipment, breakdown experiments of electronic components, and material electrical performance research.

Operation Guidelines
Pre-Experiment Preparation:
Inspect the integrity of the generator, ensuring no open circuits or short circuits in the connecting cables and no condensation in the voltage doubler box.
Connect the control box and the voltage doubler box using the dedicated cable.
Reliably ground the equipment with a copper wire of 2.5mm² or larger to ensure operational safety.
Preset the overvoltage protection value using the dial switch according to the experimental requirements (units: kilovolts, ten kilovolts, hundred kilovolts, indicated by white marks).
Power-On and Parameter Setting:
Turn on the power switch. Rotate the output potentiometer counterclockwise to the zero position until the zero-reset indicator light is on.
Press the start button to close the high-voltage circuit. The working indicator light will turn red, indicating that the instrument is ready for voltage boosting.
While observing the voltage and current meters, slowly rotate the output potentiometer clockwise to adjust to the required voltage or current value for the experiment.
Experiment Process Monitoring:
During the experiment, closely monitor the voltage and current displayed on the digital meters to ensure they remain within the set range.
If the protection indicator light flashes, immediately stop the experiment, check for overvoltage, overcurrent, or incorrect wiring in the test circuit, and resume the experiment only after troubleshooting.
Post-Experiment Shutdown:
After completing the experiment, slowly rotate the output potentiometer counterclockwise to the zero position.
Press the reset and stop button to disconnect the high-voltage circuit and initialize the system.
Turn off the power switch.
Allow the test sample to fully discharge before removing or replacing the high-voltage leads to avoid electric shock hazards.
