 Product Description

ZJA two-stage vacuum oil filter is a heavy-duty, mobile filtration equipment that can effectively remove dissolved water, gas, and solid particles from transformer oil, and restore the breakdown voltage of insulation oil to ≥ 70kV.

The equipment is equipped with a two-stage vacuum separation tower, which has excellent dehydration and degassing effects, ensuring the reliable operation of power transformers, switchgear, and high-voltage electrical equipment.

 Advantage

1.Dual stage vacuum dehydration and degassing system

This machine integrates first/second level atomizers and separation towers, allowing the oil to be fully atomized and diffused in the vacuum chamber, efficiently removing dissolved water and gas. It is particularly suitable for transformer oil treatment with a water content of ≤ 50ppm and a gas content of ≤ 10%.

2. Constant temperature heating control system

Equipped with a 60kW heater and high-precision temperature controller, the oil temperature can be stably controlled between 30-70 ℃, reducing oil viscosity and significantly improving degassing and dehydration efficiency. The temperature controller supports independent setting of stop temperature and hysteresis temperature.

3. Automatic liquid level balance control

By working in conjunction with a medium level switch and solenoid valve, the oil intake is automatically adjusted to ensure that the liquid level in the vacuum separation chamber is always in the optimal working range, preventing the oil pump from idling due to low liquid level or causing fuel injection faults due to high liquid level.

4. Multiple security protection mechanisms

  • Overpressure protection: automatic shutdown when the oil outlet pressure exceeds the limit;

  • High level fuel injection protection: When the liquid level is too high, it will immediately sound an alarm and shut down;

  • Phase sequence error prompt: The indicator light will sound an alarm when the power phase sequence is reversed;

  • Emergency stop button: In case of emergency, one click cuts off the power supply of the entire machine.

 Product operation


  1. Preparation before startup: Place the equipment horizontally, connect it to a three-phase five wire power supply according to the recommended wire diameter, ensure reliable grounding, and check the oil level of the vacuum pump and Roots pump.

  2. Power on check phase sequence: After closing, observe the "phase sequence error indicator light". When the light is on, switch any two phase wires.

  3. Start the vacuum pump: jog three times to confirm smooth operation and continue running.

  4. Start Roots pump: Start when the vacuum level drops below 4500Pa.

  5. Open the inlet and outlet valves.

  6. Start the oil pump: When the oil level rises to the observation mirror, start it and adjust the frequency of the frequency converter to 35-50Hz.

  7. Start the heater: Set the stop temperature to 60 ℃ and the return temperature to 4 ℃.

  8. Circulating filtration sampling detection: After the oil temperature stabilizes, circulate 3-5 times, take samples from the sampling valve for inspection until the indicators are qualified.
