Transformer Oil Filtration and Degassing Machine Transformer Oil Purifier
Product Description
Transformer Oil Filtration and Degassing Machine Transformer Oil Purifier
About our Transformer Oil Purifier:
Ordinary single-stage oil filters on the market struggle to handle degraded transformer oil with high water and gas content, especially in high-altitude, humid, and rainy areas, where the removal efficiency for moisture and gas is significantly reduced.
This machine employs a "dual-stage vacuum separation tower + two-stage atomization and dispersion structure," coupled with a Roots pump + vacuum pump combined pumping system, achieving a high ultimate vacuum. When processing contaminated transformer oil with a NAS ≤ 12, it efficiently removes moisture, dissolves gases, and removes solid particulate impurities. It also supports vacuuming of sealed containers up to 50m³.
●The machine's control system integrates multiple interlocking protections including constant temperature heating, adaptive liquid level, overpressure, oil injection, and motor overload protection.
●All status panels are visually displayed, reducing the risk of on-site misoperation. It is compatible with overseas 60Hz three-phase five-wire power supply systems, making it suitable for global power transmission and transformation projects.

Product Features
1. Dual-stage vacuum separation system for strong deep purification
Equipped with independent primary and secondary atomizing spray systems and a dual separation tower structure, the oil is dispersed into an extremely thin oil film, increasing the contact area for water-gas separation. Combined with a vacuum pump + Roots pump unit, the ultimate vacuum reaches as low as 7Pa. For transformer oil that is damp or has high gas content, the dehydration and degassing efficiency is significantly better than ordinary single-stage oil filtration equipment. The treated oil breakdown voltage stably reaches over 70kV.
2. Complete closed-loop multi-layer safety interlocks for complex on-site conditions
Integrates constant temperature control, automatic liquid level regulation, oil outlet overpressure protection, high liquid level oil spray protection, motor overload, and phase sequence error detection. Automatic shutdown with audible and visual alarms in case of abnormalities prevents common on-site accidents such as oil spraying and overpressure dry burning of the heater; all fault indicator lights are directly readable from the panel, facilitating quick fault location by maintenance personnel. 3. High-flow-rate, stable delivery, combining oil filtration and container vacuuming:
3.Nominal flow rate 6000L/H, suitable for rapid oil filtration and circulation in large-capacity main transformers
Dual-purpose: It can both filter and purify transformer oil and independently vacuum sealed electrical containers up to 50m³, reducing the need for additional on-site vacuum units and lowering equipment procurement and transportation costs.
4. Equipped with a mobile towing trailer for flexible relocation in field projects
Optional dedicated 3-ton towing trailer with impact hydraulic brakes and high ground clearance, suitable for unpaved construction sites; forklift/lift lug dual-mode lifting points for convenient equipment handling and loading, ideal for multi-point rotation operations in projects.
5. Precise temperature control management to prevent oil deterioration
Closed-loop constant temperature heating system with adjustable oil temperature within the 30-70℃ range and controllable temperature hysteresis, preventing localized overheating that could cause transformer oil cracking and aging; the heater has a logic interlock, preventing blind heating without establishing a vacuum.
6. Multi-stage gradient filtration extends filter life
The two-stage filtration layout—coarse filter followed by a fine filter—first intercepts large particles before performing 1μm fine filtration, reducing the load on the fine filter element and lowering the frequency of consumable replacement; equipped with a sampling valve, it allows for on-site sampling and testing, facilitating control over oil processing progress.
7. Global power supply compatibility and easy-to-maintain modular industrial design
Supports commonly used overseas three-phase five-wire 220V-60Hz power supply; the pump unit, filter, and electrical control adopt a modular layout, simplifying component disassembly and maintenance; clear periodic maintenance guidelines allow on-site teams to perform daily maintenance.
