VLF ultra-low frequency generator with dielectric loss testing combines withstand voltage testing and quantitative diagnosis of insulation aging. It can be used for cable completion and handover withstand voltage, as well as quantifying water tree, moisture, and aging defects through dielectric loss curves. The 34kV model supports a maximum cable load of 8 μ F, while the 45kV model supports long-distance cables of 5 μ F; Compared to models in the same price range with a fixed 0.1Hz load limit of only 0.5 μ F, cables that are tens of kilometers long in tunnels and suburban areas do not require segmented testing, greatly reducing the workload of repeated on-site wiring.
Fully automatic three-stage dielectric loss detection+intelligent cable rating system: Built in standardized dielectric loss judgment logic, automatically collects the mean and deviation values of tan δ under three voltage levels. The system automatically divides the cable health level into three levels: normal/attention/abnormal according to the national standard threshold, and provides maintenance and replacement suggestions synchronously, without the need for engineers to manually check and calculate standards; The entire testing process is automatically timed, boosted, stabilized, lowered, and discharged without human supervision, avoiding numerical errors caused by manual operation.
