High precision 10A Single Phase Relay Test Kit for Voltage relay tester
Product Description
High precision 10A Single Phase Relay Test Kit for Voltage relay tester
▎Introductio:
GDJB-III single-phase relay protection tester integrates multiple independent AC/DC voltage and AC/DC current output circuits. It features a built-in 4-1/2 digit high-precision digital display and a millisecond-level digital timer, allowing for independent completion of the entire relay calibration process without the need for an external computer.
Unlike complex multiphase microcomputer testing platforms, this equipment focuses on the practical calibration of basic electromagnetic relays, eliminating redundant and complex software modules. All operations are completed using the panel's hardware knobs and function settings, making it easy for engineers to learn. It enables efficient testing even in the field or at emergency repair sites where laptops are unavailable, making it a fundamental portable testing unit for relay protection pre-testing.
▎Product Features
Multi-type AC/DC integrated output architecture, simultaneously providing AC/DC voltage and AC/DC current multi-channel output, covering voltage relay and current relay coil excitation testing, supporting manual plotting of relay volt-ampere characteristics. One device can complete multiple basic tests, reducing the need to carry multiple signal sources on-site.
Fully hardware panel control, independent of host computer. All tests are completed through panel settings and adjustment knobs. It features a built-in 4.5-digit high-precision digital voltage and current meter, paired with a high-precision digital timer. Power failure restart requires no system loading, ensuring high stability for emergency repairs and outdoor field operations.
Tiered built-in overload fuse protection. Independent fuses are configured for the voltage circuit, constant voltage auxiliary circuit, and overall power supply circuit. In the event of a short circuit or overload, the circuit is quickly cut off, protecting the instrument itself and preventing damage to the tested relay due to abnormal output.
Independent fixed-range DC constant voltage auxiliary power source, providing four DC output levels: 24V/48V/110V/220V, which can directly provide operating power for static relays without the need for an external power supply module.
Circuit breaker opening and closing sequence measurement capability, supporting the capture of the action sequence of dry contacts and active contacts, completing the acquisition of circuit breaker opening and closing times, suitable for secondary circuit fault diagnosis.
Wide temperature range adaptability, operating temperature -20℃ to +40℃, meeting the needs of use in extremely cold and high-temperature construction sites; the overall operation logic is simple, and on-site personnel can become proficient in operation after a short training period.
