PC Remote Control Three-phase Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester

Product Description

PC Remote Control Three-phase Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester

Introduction:

GDJB-PC portable, all-in-one relay protection tester supports independent field operation or remote control via laptop, providing high-fidelity AC/DC signal output. It covers testing of both traditional relays and modern micro-protection systems, including overcurrent, zero-sequence, distance, differential, reclosing, harmonic superposition, and fault simulation.

Its built-in one-button software self-calibration function eliminates the need for hardware potentiometer adjustments, achieving long-term stable accuracy. It can generate Word/Excel test reports and export data via USB flash drive.

Highlights:

Full range relay and micro protection testing

Can test conventional current/voltage/time/intermediate/signal relays; Fully verify the micro protection functions of overcurrent, zero sequence, distance, transformer differential, automatic reclosing, and backup automatic switching devices. Advanced features include harmonic superposition, multi-mode fault simulation, grouped testing, and synchronous inspection testing.
Rich digital I/O and precise timing measurement

Equipped with 8-channel digital input and 4-channel digital output terminals. Accurately capture protective actions/return time with a 1ms timing resolution. Compatible with active and passive contact signals, suitable for actual substation wiring environments.

Built in independent DC auxiliary power supply

Integrated 110V (1A)/220V (0.6A) DC auxiliary power supply directly provides working power for the tested protection device without the need for additional external power adapters on site.
One click software self calibration system

Adopting DSP+FPGA hardware architecture and 16 bit DAC waveform output. Software driven AC/DC offset self calibration, no need to open the chassis to adjust the potentiometer. Effectively prevent accuracy drift after long-term on-site use.
Flexible operation and complete reporting workflow

Two operating modes: independent unit, equipped with 10.4-inch TFT color LCD display and industrial keyboard/touchpad; Or connect an external laptop via USB. The test data can be saved locally and exported in Word/Excel format, supporting preview, printing, and USB data export to meet the needs of engineering archiving.
