The transformer comprehensive characteristic tester is equipped with four different types of standard current transformers, which are used to simulate the volt ampere characteristic curve of actual current transformers and detect the measured value of the turns ratio of current transformers.
This device can be calibrated and tested in an environment with a room temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. The equipment is equipped with 5 sets of standard CT coils and 9 standard volt ampere characteristic curves, which can be selected according to the saturation voltage range of 0-5000V. It is suitable for testing performance indicators such as volt ampere characteristics, current characteristics, DC resistance, and transformer ratio in power systems.
1. Install 9 sets of CT standard coils with built-in standard protection, corresponding to a saturation voltage range of 0-5000V for the volt ampere characteristic curve, and a maximum detectable inflection point voltage greater than 4500V.
1) The accuracy of inflection point identification is greater than 1%
2) Voltage current identification error of volt ampere characteristic curve shall not exceed 0.5% reading+2D
2. The measurement range is 0-2000, and the ratio error identification error does not exceed 0.05%
3. The identification error of the coil remanence coefficient Kr shall not exceed 2%
According to the comparison program, the test data to be tested can be automatically compared with the curve of the standard CT
5. The coil winding provides 10KV insulation for the casing
6. The number of volt ampere characteristic points calibrated for each winding shall not be less than 100
7. The working cycle is that the time interval between two tests of the same coil winding should be more than 3 minutes
8. Working temperature 0-50 degrees, environmental humidity less than 85%
