Non-partial Discharge Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Device for Transformer and Circuit Breaker
Working Principle:
Apply gradually increasing voltage to the test sample until it reaches the preset test value (such as 1.1 times the rated voltage).
If there are insulation defects inside the test sample, partial discharge will generate high-frequency pulse signals.
The signal is transmitted to the partial discharge detector through a coupling capacitor and impedance box, and after analysis, the discharge amount (pC level), discharge type, and location are determined.
If the discharge amount exceeds the standard limit (such as IEC 60270 standard), the insulation of the test sample is judged to be unqualified.
