GDGS Transformer Dielectric Loss Tester is an integrated intelligent tester that integrates variable frequency power supply, step-up transformer, and SF6 high stability standard capacitor. It is designed specifically for power plants, substations, and laboratory sites, and can automatically measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of various high-voltage electrical equipment.

Intelligent anti-interference technology, stable even under strong electric fields
Instrument is equipped with a built-in digital notch filter and supports multi frequency point selection . In the strong interference environment of substations with voltage levels of 500kV or even higher, accurate measurements can still be made, completely solving the industry pain point of data drift under high electric fields.
CVT testing "black technology" - without dismantling the high voltage leads
Traditional CVT testing requires the removal of high-voltage leads, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and carries safety risks. GDGS supports direct measurement of CVT without dismantling high-voltage leads, and can measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of the upper end C0 of CVT through reverse shielding method, greatly improving on-site work efficiency.

On site application wiring reference
Positive connection method: suitable for equipment with both ends insulated from ground.
Reverse connection method: applicable to equipment with one end grounded.
CVT self-excited method: When the voltage is ≤ 2kV, the CVT's own winding is used for excitation without the need for an external high-voltage source.
GSTg test: Conduct high to low, low to high shielding tests on the second or third winding of transformers.
