Introduction:
Transformer oil plays a crucial role in insulation, cooling, and arc extinguishing in key equipment such as power transformers and reactors.
However, transformer oil in operation inevitably mixes with moisture, air (especially oxygen), and dissolved gases (such as acetylene, hydrogen, etc.).These impurities not only rapidly reduce the insulation strength of the oil, accelerate oil aging, but also cause partial discharge and corrosion of metal parts inside the transformer, seriously threatening the safe and stable operation of the equipment, and even causing faults.
