What have we noticed?
In high-voltage power systems, circuit breakers are critical protective devices. However, traditional testing methods often have a blind spot: we can only know whether it is moving or not, but it is difficult to determine whether it is moving healthily or not.
A conventional tester can tell you the closing time and speed. But what if the institution starts to get stuck, the buffer performance decreases, or the arc extinguishing contacts start to wear severely? These early signs of mechanical failure cannot be detected by traditional equipment.
The result is that many circuit breakers are "qualified" in routine tests, but suddenly fail after running for a few months. This is not a problem with the equipment, but rather a lack of comprehensive testing methods.

![]() Scenario: A SF6 circuit breaker that has been running for many years, with regular time test results consistently within the qualified range, but the operation and maintenance personnel always feel that there is something "off" with the sound of the mechanism. Using GDGK-307: We simultaneously collected the closing time curve and vibration fingerprint curve. Result: After comparing the vibration curve with the historical template, it was found that there were significant "time offsets" and "Euclidean distance variances" exceeding the standard. Analysis and positioning display - there is an abnormality in the buffer inside the operating mechanism. Conclusion: During maintenance, it was found that the sealing ring of the buffer was aging when disassembled. If only traditional instruments are used, this issue will be ignored until the buffer completely fails, causing the circuit breaker to refuse to operate. |

There is no need to change the original wiring, and even the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker can be tested under live conditions (as stated in the instruction manual).
Automatically match the measured vibration curve with the template, provide time variance and Euclidean distance variance, and quantify the health level of the equipment.

2. Arc extinguishing contact analysis module - without opening the cover, know the loss
Draw a real-time dynamic resistance time curve using 100A dynamic DC test current.
Automatically calculate the length of the arc contact and the input time of the arc contact.
Directly assess the degree of wear of the arc contact, guide maintenance and replacement, and avoid excessive maintenance or disrepair.
3. 6+12 channel design - adaptable to complex fracture surfaces
12 time measurement channels, of which 6 are isolated and independent, specifically used for unit measurement of multi break circuit breakers (such as double break and four break).
4 analog input channels: 1 travel sensor+3 vibration sensors (can also be used for other analog sensors).
Support graphite contact circuit breakers (such as Siemens series): output 25A/100A DC, with a judgment standard of resistance less than 4m Ω.
4. Built in DC power supply and contact resistance testing
Internal DC power supply: 24V~265V adjustable, maximum 20A, can directly drive the closing/opening coil.
No need to purchase an additional micro ohmmeter, directly use the 100A test current of this machine to complete the contact resistance measurement.

Applicable scenarios
Annual preventive test of GIS/SF6 circuit breaker: Abnormal internal operating mechanism was discovered through vibration fingerprint comparison.
