GDGK-307 Fully Automatic Circuit Breaker Tester High Voltage Switch Tester

The GDGK-307 is an all-in-one testing device integrating mechanical timing, dynamic resistance analysis, and vibration fingerprint diagnostics. It features 12 timing channels, with 6 fully isolated grounds, delivering strong noise immunity suitable for substations up to 500kV and above.

A built-in adjustable DC power supply (24V to 265V, up to 20A) drives both magnetic and spring operating mechanisms. For Siemens graphite contact breakers, the unit provides a dedicated 25A constant current mode with a 4mΩ threshold, matching factory test results.

Dynamic resistance testing automatically calculates arcing contact length, allowing wear assessment without disassembly. Vibration fingerprint detection pinpoints mechanical issues such as mechanism jamming or buffer degradation.

Equipped with a 12.1-inch touchscreen, thermal printer, and 8GB internal storage, the GDGK-307 generates one-click Word reports exportable via USB. It is ideal for substations, power plants, switchgear manufacturers, and wind farms.
