Maximum Test Times: 9 times (meets on-site cyclic testing needs)
Adjustable Parameters: Initial wait time (0~999s), stir time (0~99s), wait time (0~600s)
Measurement Accuracy: ±(1% of full scale + 2 digits)
Data Storage: 100 groups of test data (convenient for on-site data recording and later review)
Applicable Standards: IEC60156, IS6792, BS5874, ASTM D877, ASTM D1816, JIS C 2101-99(s), Proof 'A', Proof 'B' (adapts to different on-site test requirements)
Oil Temperature Measurement: 0°C~70°C, resolution 1°C (synchronously monitors oil temperature in outdoor environments)
Power Supply: AC 220V±10% 50Hz/60Hz (AC127/110V customizable; compatible with portable generators)
Working Environment: Temperature 0°C~45°C, relative humidity <85% (resists outdoor humidity and dust)
Portability: Compact design, easy to carry and transport; equipped with dedicated packaging for outdoor transportation
Electrode Configuration: 3 pairs (Mushroom, Flat, Spherical type); standard gap 2.5mm (with feeler gauges for quick adjustment)
Advantages:
Strong Environmental Adaptability: The rugged shell is dustproof and moistureproof, effectively resisting the impact of outdoor dust, moisture, and temperature changes. It can work stably in the temperature range of 0°C~45°C, adapting to the harsh conditions of outdoor power stations in different regions and seasons.
High Portability: Adopting a compact and lightweight design, the tester is easy to carry to high-altitude outdoor power stations or remote substations. The dedicated packaging provides good shockproof protection during transportation, avoiding damage to internal components.
Simple Operation & Efficient Testing: The touch screen interface is intuitive and easy to operate, with a virtual keypad for quick parameter setting. It supports one-key test startup and automatic data processing, reducing on-site operation time. The 5-minute fast test mode can complete 3 cyclic tests quickly, improving maintenance efficiency.
Reliable Data Storage & Transmission: Can store up to 100 groups of test data, ensuring no loss of on-site test results. Data can be uploaded to a laptop via USB for immediate analysis or reported to the headquarters, facilitating remote monitoring and management of power station equipment.
Comprehensive Safety Protection: Equipped with multiple safety protection functions such as reliable grounding protection, insulation door interlock protection, and overvoltage alarm. The "door open" prompt and automatic shutdown function prevent electric shock hazards, ensuring the safety of operators in open outdoor spaces.
Versatile Test Modes: Supports 8 test modes, including Proof 'A' and Proof 'B' tests for quickly verifying whether transformer oil meets insulation requirements. It can adapt to different on-site test scenarios such as routine inspection and fault troubleshooting.
Operation Guidelines:
Select a flat, dry, and well-ventilated operation area at the outdoor power station, away from flammable, explosive, and conductive objects.
Unpack the tester and check for damage to the instrument, cables, and electrodes during transportation. Ensure all accessories are complete.
Connect the power supply (use a portable generator if there is no on-site power supply, ensuring the voltage fluctuates within ±10%).
Reliably ground the tester with the provided grounding line to ensure operational safety.
Install the appropriate electrodes according to the on-site test standard, and use the feeler gauge to adjust the electrode gap to the specified value (e.g., 2.5mm).
Collect the transformer oil sample from the power equipment, and place it in a clean container to avoid contamination. Let the sample stand for a short time to adapt to the outdoor temperature.
Slowly pour the sample into the test vessel along the wall (avoiding bubbles), place the stirrer into the vessel, and close the insulation door tightly.
Turn on the tester, select the appropriate test mode (e.g., 5-minute fast test for routine inspection, Proof 'A' test for qualification verification) on the touch screen.
Adjust the test parameters (e.g., test times, wait time) according to the on-site requirements, and confirm the settings.
Click the "Test" button to start the test. The tester will automatically complete the processes of initial waiting, stirring, voltage rising, and breakdown detection.
During the test, pay attention to the surrounding environment to prevent unrelated personnel from approaching. Monitor the test progress and data displayed on the screen in real time.
If the tester alarms or pauses, check whether the insulation door is closed properly, the power supply is stable, or the electrodes are in good contact, and resume the test after troubleshooting.
After the test is completed, record the test results (breakdown voltage, average value, oil temperature) displayed on the screen, and save the data to the tester.
Upload the data to a laptop via USB if immediate analysis is needed, or back it up for later review.
Turn off the power supply, disconnect the cables, and clean the test vessel and electrodes with a dry cloth.
Pack the tester and accessories into the dedicated packaging to avoid damage during transportation back to the warehouse.
