The breakdown voltage of the insulating oil is the most critical indicator for judging oil aging, moisture absorption, and contamination. In transformer operation and maintenance, oil regeneration, and transformer factory quality inspection worldwide, laboratories and field operations frequently encounter these practical challenges:

1. Different countries and industries use completely different testing standards. Traditional equipment requires manual consulting of standard manuals and manually filling in numerous parameters such as time, voltage ramp rate, and number of tests, which is highly prone to parameter setting errors, rendering test results invalid.
