GDYJ-505H
GOLD
80KV oil breakdown voltage tester can test oil within the temperature range of 0 to 70 degrees Celsius at room temperatures below 45 degrees Celsius.
Equipped with a mini printer, it can output results on-site, making it a professional standard device for insulating oil quality testing.
Multi-Standard, Widely Applicable
The instrument has eight built-in preset test standards, including internationally recognized standards such as IEC60156, ASTM D877, ASTM D1816, and JIS C 2101, and also supports a "user-defined" mode. This allows it to meet the testing requirements of different industries, regions, or special oil samples.
Fully Automated Testing Process
From initial settling, stirring, pressurization, breakdown test to result recording, the entire testing process is fully automated. In a single test, the instrument automatically repeats the breakdown, stirring, and settling cycle a set number of times until all tests are completed, and automatically calculates the average and standard deviation, greatly reducing manual operation and errors.
Precise and Reliable Measurement
High Precision: Measurement accuracy is ±(1% of full scale + 2 digits), voltage resolution is 0.1kV.
Multiple Pressurization Rates: Offers four pressurization rates: 0.5kV/s, 2kV/s, 3kV/s, and 5kV/s, selectable according to different standards or sample characteristics. Temperature Measurement: Built-in NTC temperature sensor records oil sample temperature at the end of the test, providing a reference for result analysis.
Intelligent Data Management
Large Capacity Storage: Can save up to 100 complete sets of test data.
Flexible Export: Supports batch data upload via USB connection to a computer using dedicated software, facilitating report generation or long-term archiving.
On-Site Printing: Equipped with a mini thermal printer, results can be printed immediately after testing for convenient on-site recording.
Safety and User-Friendly Design
Safety Interlock: Equipped with a high-pressure chamber door detection sensor; an alarm will sound and the test will stop if the door is not properly closed, ensuring operator safety.
Touchscreen Operation: Utilizes a 7-inch color touchscreen; parameters are set via a virtual keyboard, providing an intuitive and easy-to-use interface.
Improved Portability: Compact design, 10 kg lighter than the previous generation, making it easier to move between laboratories or in the field.
