Workflow

Oil to be processed equipment → Inlet/outlet A → Switching valve, inlet valve V1.1 → Coarse filter F1.1 → Solenoid valve VZ2.1 → Heater R2.1 → Vacuum separation chamber T3.1 → Divides into two branches;


Gas → (Roots pump LC4.1) or switching valve V4.3 → Condenser LN4.1 → Vacuum pump PV4.1 → Atmosphere;


Clean oil → Primary atomizer WH3.1 → Primary separator ZF3.1 → Secondary atomizer WH3.2 → Secondary separator ZF3.2 → Oil outlet pump PO5.1 → Check valve VL5.1 → Precision filter F5.1 → Switching valve, oil outlet valve V5.2 → Inlet/outlet B → Oil to be processed equipment.
