Why are traditional testing methods insufficient?
Conventional insulation resistance and DC resistance tests, although basic, are difficult to identify small displacements or distortions inside the winding.
They can only provide information on "on/off" or "resistance", and cannot present structural features such as frequency response curves. This is like relying solely on measuring body temperature to determine whether internal organs are damaged - it is not direct or comprehensive enough.
What have we solved?
This device adopts the sweep frequency response analysis method, which measures the amplitude frequency and phase frequency response curves by injecting signals of different frequencies into the winding. Once the structure changes, there will be differences in the shape of the curve. We use data to 'draw' these differences, making the hidden deformation issues clear at a glance.
