Introduction:
Transformer ratio tester is an integrated portable testing instrument designed for substation maintenance, power engineering operation and maintenance, and transformer detection scenarios, providing one-stop completion of power transformer testing projects.
Advantages:
Simultaneously supporting the switching between IEC 60076 and IEEE C57.12 international standards, meeting the testing standards of different regions and industries.
Automatically identify winding groups 1-12, accurately output the phase difference between the primary and secondary sides, with a phase angle measurement error of ≤ 0.5 °.
Equipped with automatic recognition function for tap changer gear, input the percentage of voltage regulation to automatically match the corresponding standard ratio and calculate the ratio error.
12V large capacity lithium battery, fully charged and continuously tested on site for more than 10 hours. No external power supply is required for outdoor or non commercial power stations;

The overall size of the machine is 400 × 350 × 200mm, with a weight of less than 10kg. It can be carried by a single person and is suitable for vehicle mounted outdoor maintenance.
