The GDBC-901B Transformer Turns Ratio Tester is a high-end intelligent testing instrument designed for precise measurement of core electrical parameters in transformers. Utilizing advanced three-phase voltage synchronous output and induction detection technology, it enables rapid and accurate measurement of key indicators such as voltage turns ratio, winding ratio, group designation, and phase angle difference for three-phase/single-phase power transformers and voltage transformers. Intelligent Function Features


  • High-precision measurement technology: Adopting three-phase electronic AC voltage source, the output voltage is stable with low distortion, effectively avoiding input power supply noise interference, ensuring the test data repeatability is better than 0.05%, providing accurate basis for equipment state evaluation.
  • Fully automatic test process: After setting test parameters (test type, wiring mode, rated voltage, test standard, etc.), click "Run" to start automatic voltage boosting, induction detection, data calculation and result display. No manual intervention is required throughout the process, greatly reducing the operation difficulty.
  • Flexible standard adaptation: Supports two major international standards, IEC 60076 and IEEE C57.12. It can choose to display voltage ratio (IEC standard) or turns ratio (IEEE standard) according to test requirements, meeting the testing needs of different scenarios.
  • Comprehensive data management: Built-in 200 sets of data storage capacity, historical records can be queried by time index, supporting single deletion or batch clearing; test results can be printed on-site by the built-in printer, or uploaded to PC via USB interface to generate professional test reports, facilitating data traceability and filing.
  • User-friendly operation experience: 7-inch touch main LCD screen with a concise and intuitive interface, parameter settings and function operations are one-click accessible; supports system time calibration to ensure accurate test record time; the instrument calibration function requires manufacturer authorization password to unlock, ensuring the stability of equipment measurement accuracy.
