CHONGQING GOLD
Large Capacity Lithium Battery Winding Resistance Tester for Inspection of Small And Medium-sized Transformers
Introduction:
GDZC-10A High-Capacity Lithium-ion Battery Transformer Winding DC Resistance Testing Equipment
This machine adopts the four-terminal method testing principle, eliminating measurement deviations caused by lead resistance and contact resistance. The entire machine integrates a high-capacity lithium-ion battery power supply unit, allowing for complete transformer winding DC resistance testing even without mains power. It features a full-color touchscreen operation screen and supports data export via in-machine printing, SD card, and USB. For high-inductance test objects such as transformers, it performs an automatic magnetization-stabilization measurement-safe discharge process for induced energy in the windings, avoiding the risk of injury from induced high voltage.
Features:
→1. Built-in high-capacity lithium battery, freeing you from mains power constraints.
→2. Standard four-terminal measurement architecture, avoiding contact interference errors.
→3. Intelligent charging and discharging of large inductive loads and safe winding discharge.
→4. Full-color touch screen interaction, integrated automatic winding temperature calculation.
→5. Multi-mode local data retention and output, supporting on-board thermal printing of paper reports; SD card storage of test records; USB direct connection to a computer for direct recognition as a removable disk, allowing direct copying of original test data.
→6. Industrial-grade protective portable unit with a high-strength protective chassis, suitable for frequent transport.
→7. Complete on-site operation and verification capabilities, customizable test numbering for easy differentiation and recording of multiple transformers and multi-phase windings.

Product Functions
Winding DC Resistance Measurement
Phase-by-phase DC resistance measurement of transformer high and low voltage windings; identifies loose connections, poor tap changer contact, and broken strands in windings.
Four-terminal anti-interference measurement, suitable for phase-by-phase testing of small-capacity distribution transformers to medium and large-sized power transformers.
Winding Resistance Temperature Conversion: Selectable copper/aluminum material; input measured temperature for automatic conversion to resistance value at the target standard temperature.
Data Management Functions
Customizable test numbers for marking and archiving different tested equipment.
Local storage of up to 1000 test records; supports record query and preview.
In-machine thermal printing of on-site paper test reports for direct on-site verification.
SD card storage of test data; USB direct connection to computer for direct file copying without dedicated software.
System Auxiliary Functions
System time setting and calibration; timestamps on each record for traceable test data.
Automatic magnetization of large inductive loads; reading stability assessment; safe discharge of induced energy from windings at test completion.
Lithium battery power management; dedicated charger for charging; battery usage reminders for long-term storage and maintenance.

Product Applications
Substation Operation and Maintenance: Annual preventative testing of distribution transformers and small to medium-sized main transformers; post-fault diagnosis; winding resistance verification after tap changer maintenance; emergency repairs in the field when there is no mains power; phase-by-phase winding DC resistance testing.
Transformer Manufacturers: DC resistance testing of small to medium-sized transformer windings at the factory, testing under semi-finished product conditions, and testing in workshops and temporary testing stations.
EPC Power Engineering Contractors: Handover testing of newly built substations and on-site testing for projects with limited power supply.
Third-Party Testing Agencies: On-site testing services to address unstable power supply conditions at construction sites.
Industrial and Mining Power Plants and Substation Electrical Teams: Regular calibration of internal high-voltage transformers.
