The GDZC-10A is a portable single-channel transformer winding DC resistance testing device with a built-in high-capacity lithium battery. It is specifically developed for substation on-site repairs and outdoor transformer winding DC resistance testing under conditions without mains power.

Transformer winding DC resistance is a core test item for determining winding open circuits, poor joint soldering, tap changer contact problems, and inter-turn defects. Many three-phase multi-channel devices on the market are bulky and power-consuming, making them difficult to operate with a lithium battery in the field. This device focuses on high-precision single-phase DC resistance testing, relying on a built-in lithium battery to overcome mains power limitations, making it ideal for field inspections and testing of small and medium-sized transformer and instrument transformer windings.

GDZC-10A High-Capacity Lithium-ion Battery Transformer Winding DC Resistance Testing Equipment

This machine adopts the four-terminal method testing principle, eliminating measurement deviations caused by lead resistance and contact resistance. The entire machine integrates a high-capacity lithium-ion battery power supply unit, allowing for complete transformer winding DC resistance testing even without mains power. It features a full-color touchscreen operation screen and supports data export via in-machine printing, SD card, and USB. For high-inductance test objects such as transformers, it performs an automatic magnetization-stabilization measurement-safe discharge process for induced energy in the windings, avoiding the risk of injury from induced high voltage.
