6000L/h Customizable Mobile Trailer Insulation Oil Purifier Transformer Oil Filter with Two-stage Vacuum Separation Structure
The ZJA6KY two-stage vacuum oil purifier has a total power of 66KW, which is an industrial-grade equipment for deep purification of transformer oil. It can realize continuous oil purification and can also extract non-corrosive gas from small containers.
1. Adopt a two-stage vacuum separation structure of primary + secondary atomizer + separation tower, which evenly disperses oil droplets, greatly increases the contact area between oil and water/gas, and the removal efficiency is much higher than that of single-stage vacuum structure.
2. The ultimate vacuum degree can reach ≤7Pa and the working vacuum degree ≤80Pa. The high vacuum environment can quickly extract micro water and gas dissolved in the oil, fundamentally solving the problem of decreased insulation of transformer oil.
3. Equipped with a dual-chamber design of vacuum separation chamber and gas-liquid separation chamber, first complete oil-water-gas separation, then perform secondary liquid-gas separation on the extracted gas to avoid oil loss and improve oil purification utilization.
4. The condenser is matched with an axial flow fan for heat dissipation, which can quickly condense the harmful gas extracted by the vacuum pump, prevent gas backflow from polluting the purified oil, and ensure the stability of the oil purification effect.
The equipment has a filtration accuracy of 1μm, which can effectively intercept fine mechanical particles in the oil. After purification, the breakdown voltage of transformer oil is ≥70KV, the residual water content is ≤10PPm, the residual gas content is ≤0.3%, and the acetylene gas content is 0, which far exceeds the basic standard for the use of transformer oil. This index can fully guarantee the insulation performance and operation stability of the transformer, reduce the fault risk of the transformer caused by oil quality problems, and extend the service life of power equipment.
1. Equipped with a constant temperature heating control system, the oil temperature can be accurately controlled in an adjustable range of 30~70℃, and constant temperature filtration at 60℃ is recommended, which not only improves the efficiency of water and gas removal, but also avoids oil performance damage caused by high temperature.
2. Equipped with an automatic liquid level control system, which real-time monitors the liquid level of the vacuum separation chamber through the middle liquid level switch, automatically adjusts the oil inlet path, accurately maintains the liquid level balance, and no manual real-time on-duty is required.
3. The panel integrates visual instruments such as a vacuum gauge and a temperature controller, which can display vacuum degree and oil temperature data in real time. All operating parameters are clear at a glance, facilitating real-time monitoring and adjustment on site.
4. The oil discharge pump is equipped with a frequency converter, and the frequency can be adjusted to 35-50HZ through a potentiometer to accurately control the oil discharge flow, realize the dynamic balance of oil inlet and oil discharge, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
The equipment is equipped with a special 7P-3 trailer with a rated load capacity of 3T, which can easily carry the 1700Kg oil purifier whole machine. The trailer cargo platform is adapted to the equipment size to realize rapid movement and on-site deployment of the equipment. The trailer adopts forklift tires 600-9 with a ground clearance of 300mm, suitable for various complex road surfaces such as outdoor and substations, with a steering angle of up to 180 degrees, flexible on-site turning and shifting, meeting the use needs of different operation sites.
