1800L/H Enclosed Type 3 Micron Transformer Oil Filtration Machine Explosion Proof
Introduction:
This dual-stage vacuum oil filtration machine can treat transformer oil with influent water ≤50ppm, gas content ≤10%, and a cleanliness level of NAS1638 ≤12. After circulating filtration, the treated oil has a breakdown voltage ≥70kV, residual water content ≤10ppm, residual gas content ≤0.3%, and a filtration accuracy of up to 1μm.
In addition to oil filtration, it can also perform vacuuming operations on sealed containers with a volume of up to 50m³. The entire machine is equipped with a complete intelligent electrical control system with multiple safety interlock protections, an average mean time between failures (MTBF) of ≥5000 hours, and supports long-term continuous field operations. A mobile trailer is optional to solve the problem of equipment transportation in substations and wind farms.
Features:
Two-stage vacuum separation: Equipped with primary and secondary atomizers and separation towers, significantly increasing the oil-gas separation contact area; combined with a vacuum pump and Roots pump unit, achieving an ultimate vacuum ≤7Pa and a working vacuum ≤80Pa, efficiently removing dissolved water and harmful gases from the oil.
Multi-layer progressive filtration: A coarse filter at the oil inlet intercepts large mechanical impurities; a 1μm fine filter at the rear removes fine particles, effectively protecting the vacuum pump, Roots pump, and oil pump through staged filtration.
Intelligent interlocking safety protection: Integrates constant temperature heating control, automatic liquid level regulation, overpressure shutdown, high liquid level anti-spraying, motor overload alarm, and phase sequence detection. In case of malfunction, an audible and visual alarm is triggered, and the machine automatically shuts down to prevent oil spraying, overheating, and component damage.
Constant temperature heating system: Total power 60kW, oil temperature adjustable from 30-70℃; real-time temperature sensor feedback, with the heater automatically starting and stopping to maintain the set value.
Industrial-grade design: Total power 66kW, three-phase five-wire 220V 60Hz power supply; valves, sensors, and pumps all use heavy-duty industrial components; overall noise level ≤80dB(A); supports bidirectional interchange of inlet and outlet oil lines, allowing for oil circuit switching without reconnecting pipes.
Optional mobile trailer: A mobile trailer with a rated load capacity of 3 tons is available, equipped with impact-type hydraulic brakes and solid forklift tires, facilitating the overall relocation of the equipment without additional lifting.

Working Principle
Contaminated transformer oil enters the equipment through the inlet. It first passes through a coarse filter to intercept large mechanical impurities. Then, it enters the heating unit for heating. The heated oil is then sent to a two-stage vacuum separation chamber, where it is atomized by primary and secondary atomizers. Under high vacuum, water evaporates, and dissolved gases are fully released.
Water vapor and the mixed gas are condensed by a condenser and then pumped out by a Roots pump and a vacuum pump. The purified transformer oil is then pumped out and passed through a 1μm precision filter to remove fine particulate impurities before being output from the outlet and returned to the transformer or oil storage tank.
The equipment has a built-in liquid level sensor that automatically controls the oil flow rate, maintaining a stable liquid level inside the vacuum separation chamber and enabling continuous circulation oil filtration.
