Introduction:
The transformer oil filtration machine adopts the latest industry standard technical specifications, not only removing trace amounts of water, dissolved gases, acetylene impurities, and solid particles from transformer oil in a single pass, but also being compatible with large-scale equipment vacuum injection and hot oil circulation drying operations.
It effectively solves common problems in the market such as insufficient vacuum and low processing efficiency, and is suitable for various scenarios including fixed plants, mobile outdoor repairs, and cross-border projects.

Advantages:
Deep Purification Treatment of Transformer Insulating Oil: Simultaneously removes moisture, air, acetylene fault gases, and solid mechanical impurities from the oil. New oil undergoes pretreatment before storage, regenerates deteriorated oil from overhauls, and periodically filters operating oil online. The treated oil directly meets the insulation requirements for equipment commissioning.
Vacuum Injection Operation for Large Electrical Equipment: A separate dual-stage vacuum system allows for vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection into transformers, instrument transformers, and capacitor tanks ≤50m³. This dual-purpose machine eliminates the need for a separate vacuum unit.
Hot Oil Circulation Drying and Maintenance: An adjustable heating system (30~70℃) circulates hot oil to dehumidify damp transformer bodies, rapidly restoring insulation performance and shortening the drying period after overhauls.
Two-Way Oil Transfer and Circulation: Interchangeable oil circuits allow a single unit to perform self-circulation for a single transformer, cross-tank oil transfer for multiple transformers, and centralized purification of batches of oil from the oil depot.
Supporting intelligent functions:
① Constant temperature automatic heating, temperature range freely set from 30 to 70 degrees Celsius, automatic start/stop heating with a temperature difference of 4 degrees Celsius;
② Variable frequency oil pump with stepless speed regulation and automatic vacuum level balancing;
③ Independent audible and visual alarms for multiple faults, one-button reset for faults;
④ Dedicated sampling valve for collecting oil samples for testing during operation;
⑤ Centralized drain valve for the entire unit, allowing for regular draining without disassembling pipelines.
